Nigerian and Ghana Mission Trip July 2025

A FirstLove Team will be traveling to Nigeria and Ghana July 14-28 to proclaim and spread God’s Word at local universities, on radio, and at conferences in Lagos and Ibadan, Nigeria and Accra, Ghana.

Nigeria:

Pastor Austin Huggins, Dr. Paul Nelson, and Randy Evans will comprise the FLM team heading to Nigeria. The team is scheduled to minister at a wide array of contexts. Pastor Austin will be ministering alongside one of the brethren from HeartCry in an outreach to students at a local university. The team will then be headed north for both a pastor’s conference and then the Ibadan Bible Conference in Ibadan, with an anticipated 500 in attendance. Radio broadcasts announcing the conference and providing Biblical teaching is scheduled in both Lagos and Ibadan. The team will then minister at local churches on the Lord’s Day July 20th. Dr. Nelson will also be teaching classes at Grace Theological Seminary, a partner of Grace Bible University. FirstLove Publications is preparing to print and distribute 3000 books for attendees at these conferences.

Ghana:

Pastor Austin Huggins will then be flying from Lagos to Accra, Ghana with Pastor Osinachi Nwoko. While there, he is scheduled to minister at the University of Ghana Conference and then serve as the keynote speaker at the Accra Reformed Baptist Conference. He will also be preaching at one of the local churches in Accra on the Lord’s Day. More literature will be distributed there.
